Southern Asphalt Engineering, Inc. was founded by Jose A. Franco in 1998 with the vision of providing customers a sole company that would cost effectively & professionally provide all the asphalt pavement restoration & maintenance services that commercial, industrial, municipalities and professionally managed properties would need. SAE has grown to offer many other services our customers have required. These services, among others, include concrete curbing and sidewalks, brick pavers, tra ffic striping, parking lot accessories & ADA compliance services. In providing these services, customers can avoid dealing with multiple contractors causing added expenses and a delay in the completion of their projects.
